SENIOR EXECUTIVE
ACCOUNT & FINANCE
CLOSING DATE : 16 NOVEMBER 2014
Main Responsibilities:
    • Responsible to do full set of account for ARH (and other related subsidiaries) and maintain the various ledgers, journal account and financial statement.
    • Prepare and process for all the company expenses and account payable via cheque, transfer and ACH payment.
    • Process and manage for all the company receipts of any payment from customer and maintain their account in daily basis.
    • Ensure files and documentation to be completely and exactly made complying with the policy of the company and accepted practices on accounting.
    • Responsible to do reconciliation, revenue accounts, expenditure and cash balance in monthly basis and also supply he summary reports on account and business operation direct to the Principal Officer.
    • Responsible for Debit and Credit Memo for inter-company on monthly basis.
    • To communicate with internal & external customers to achieve improvement in application of cash, collection and processing of credits.
    • Responsible and monitoring of the yearly budget and taxes for ARH.
    • To perform all duties assigned by the Principal Officer in matters related to building development from time to time.
    • Responsible to do preparation of Financial Statement and Management Report.
Qualification / Requirements:
    • Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or Professional Degree (ACCA, CIMA, MIA) or equivalent from university recognized by the Government of Malaysia.
    • 2 – 3 years related working experience.
    • At least 4 years related working experience for a Diploma holder.
    • Proficient in Malay and English, written and spoken.
    • Good knowledge on computer and IT skill(s): MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
SENIOR EXECUTIVE
STRATEGIC MARKETING
CLOSING DATE : 16 NOVEMBER 2014
Main Responsibilities:
    • To attend to sales enquiries, actively source for prospective purchasers of properties.
    • Providing marketing plan and marketing strategy for property development business undertaken by the Company.
    • To produce marketing plan and creative marketing concept for sales activities of developed properties.
    • To coordinate with relevant estate agents and solicitor in perfecting transaction of each property.
    • Coordinate with appointed real estate agents to be appointed by the Company.
    • Preparing project budget for marketing activities.
    • To lead marketing team in planning and execution of marketing plan - preparation for sales launch, event activities.
    • Liaising with purchaser on handover process, progress billing and documentation process.
    • To prepare monthly report and conduct marketing surveys for identified market segment of each developed properties.
Qualification / Requirements:
    • Degree in Marketing or equivalent from university recognized by the Government of Malaysia.
    • 2 – 3 years working experience in marketing.
    • At least 4 years working experience in marketing for a Diploma holder.
    • Knowledge in property development process and Strata Title Act.
    • Pleasant personality and possess marketing flair.
    • Communication and negotiation skills
    • Presentation and consultation skills
    • Proficient in Malay and English, written and spoken.
    • Good knowledge on computer and IT skill(s): MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
SENIOR EXECUTIVE
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
CLOSING DATE : 16 NOVEMBER 2014
Main Responsibilities:
    • To assist the Head, Property & Facilities Management to manage property management contracts awarded to ARH i.e:-
        • Periodical visit to all properties managed by the Company
        • Arranging repair and mentainance of all properties
        • Attend defect meeting, joint management committee meeting, management corporation meeting and building management meeting
    • To assist and supervise and manage all aspects of commercial, legal and technical issues for all properties under care.
    • Liaise and maintain relationship with relevant authorities, consultants and appointed vendors for building maintenance.
    • To prepare monthly management report i.e physical conditions of property.
Qualification / Requirements:
    • Degree in Estate Management / Building Survey / Valuation or equivalent from university recognized by the Government of Malaysia.
    • 2 – 3 years working experience in property management.
    • At least 4 years working experience in property management for a Diploma holder.
    • Knowledge in property development process and Strata Title Act.
    • Communication and negotiation skills
    • Proficient in Malay and English, written and spoken.
    • Good knowledge on computer and IT skill(s): MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.

      • Pembukaan kes baru
      • Menjalankan siasatan terhadap aset, liabiliti, benefisiari dengan agensi-agensi kerajaan dan swasta
      • Menyediakan dokumen / borang untuk proses Mahkamah, Pejabat Tanah, LHDN, JPJ dan agensi-agensi berkaitan

    • Menjalankan kerja-kerja pentadbiran am pejabat seperti:-
      • Merekod pergerakkan dokumen: surat-surat / faks yang masuk dan dihantar keluar
      • Mengawal stok alatulis dan stor
      • Merekod penggunaan dokumen syarikat seperti meterai rasmi, resit, baucer, Surat Kuasa, cek dan lain-lain
    • Menyediakan laporan harian / bulanan / tahunan
Kelayakan:
    • Sekurang-kurangnya lulus Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia
    • Pemohon yang lulus Sijil Tinggi Pelajaran atau memiliki Diploma dibolehkan untuk memohon
    • Mempunyai pengalaman bekerja di pejabat
    • Boleh berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Malaysia dan Bahasa Inggeris
    • Mempunyai kemahiran komputer (Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
    • Mempunyai lesen memandu B2 dan ada motosikal sendiri
